At BombayHot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make changes to your order or request a refund, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and request.
After Shipping: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return and refund process if you wish to return the product.
Cancellation Charges: If your order is canceled successfully within the specified window, no cancellation charges will apply. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the issue.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for refund
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
Refund Exceptions: Refunds are not available for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Orders that have been confirmed and shipped.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.

3. Returns

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us to receive a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer support team. Please ensure that the return is well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the returned item is found to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued.
